London Delivery
We deliver to all London postcodes, Monday to Friday.
Free delivery on orders of £150 or more · £10 for orders under £150
Or collect your order, free of charge, from our shop at 65 Gloucester Road, South Kensington. Order until 5pm and collect until 5pm.
Same-Day London Delivery
Order before 2pm (London time), Monday to Friday, and we will deliver the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm may still be possible. Get in touch to check availability.
Orchids and plants need preparation time and cannot be sent same-day. Please allow 24 hours for orchids and 48 hours for plants.

Outside London Delivery
£25 delivery charge · Tuesday to Saturday · fresh flowers, hatboxes, plants, gift sets and faux flowers delivered to mainland UK addresses · standard delivery takes around 48 hours
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. This excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and offshore islands.
These orders are delivered by a third-party courier and not by Pulbrook & Gould.

Orchids, vase arrangements and all glass and ceramic items are delivered within London only. Orchids are too delicate to travel further, and glass and ceramic cannot be shipped elsewhere in the UK or internationally.
Plants need 48 hours' preparation before they leave us, in addition to the delivery time above. Full terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Candle Delivery (UK)
Free postage on candle orders to mainland UK addresses, delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If you order candles with flowers, we will deliver them at the same time as your flowers.
International Delivery
Candles can be posted worldwide for £15. Delivery takes about 5 to 10 days, depending on the postal service.
To send faux flowers or other non-perishable gifts abroad, please contact us on 020 7730 0030 or at sales@pulbrookandgould.co.uk. These cannot be ordered on the website.
Fresh flowers are delivered within mainland UK only. Ordering from abroad? You can still send flowers to someone in mainland UK. Delivery depends on the recipient's postcode and the arrangement you choose.
