1. UK Delivery: Fresh Flowers, Hatboxes, Plants, Gift Sets and Faux Flowers
We deliver fresh flowers, hatboxes, plants, gift sets, faux flowers and eligible gifts within London and mainland UK. Delivery charges and available dates are shown at checkout.
Our UK delivery service covers mainland UK addresses only. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or other offshore islands.
- London: delivered Monday to Friday. Orders under £150: £10 delivery. Orders of £150 or more: free delivery.
- Outside London, within mainland UK: delivered Tuesday to Saturday for £25. Please allow approximately 48 hours.
- Candles: free UK postage, as detailed below.
- Collection: free from our shop at 65 Gloucester Road, South Kensington. Order until 5pm and collect until 5pm.
Same-Day London Delivery
Order before 2pm London time, Monday to Friday, for same-day London delivery, subject to availability. For orders placed after 2pm, please contact us to check availability. Scheduled delivery is also available.
Orchids and Plants
Orchids and potted plants are prepared to order and are not available for same-day delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the preparation of our orchids and 48 hours for our plants. Preparation time is in addition to delivery time.
Orchids are delivered within London only, because they are too delicate to travel further.
Vase Arrangements, Glass and Ceramic Items
Vase arrangements and all glass and ceramic items are available for delivery within London only. These items cannot be shipped elsewhere in the UK or internationally.
2. UK Delivery: Candles
Candle orders are delivered to mainland UK addresses within 3–5 business days, with free postage. Free candle postage applies to UK deliveries only. If you order candles with flowers, we will deliver them at the same time as your flowers.
3. International Delivery
We post candles worldwide for £15. Delivery takes about 5–10 days, depending on the postal service.
To send faux flowers or other non-perishable gifts abroad, please contact us on 020 7730 0030 or at sales@pulbrookandgould.co.uk. These cannot be ordered on the website.
Fresh flowers, hatboxes, plants, orchids, vase arrangements and glass and ceramic items are delivered within the UK only. Ordering from abroad? You can still send flowers to someone in mainland UK. Delivery depends on the recipient's postcode and the arrangement you choose.
4. Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Same-day London orders follow the cut-off above, scheduled deliveries follow the agreed date, and UK candle orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered.
5. Customs & Duties — EU & International
For EU orders, any applicable VAT and duties are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
