1. UK Delivery — Fresh Flowers, Faux Arrangements & Gifts
We deliver fresh flowers, faux arrangements, and gifts within London and selected UK areas. Delivery charges and available dates are shown at checkout.
- London deliveries: next-day or same-day where available
- Outside London: please allow 48 hours
- London delivery: free on orders over £150, £10.00 on orders below £150
- Outside London delivery: £25.00
2. UK Delivery — Candles
Candles are available for free delivery within the UK. Please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch and delivery.
3. International Delivery — Candles Only
We currently ship candles internationally, including to all EU member states and over 200 countries worldwide. Please note that faux arrangements and fresh flowers are only available for delivery within the UK.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered.
5. Customs & Duties (EU & International)
For EU orders, any applicable VAT and duties are collected at checkout — there are no surprise charges on delivery. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
