1. UK Delivery — Fresh Flowers, Faux Arrangements & Gifts
We deliver fresh flowers, faux arrangements and eligible gifts within London and mainland UK. Delivery charges and available dates are shown at checkout.
Our UK delivery service covers mainland UK addresses only. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or other offshore islands.
- London orders under £150: £10 delivery.
- London orders of £150 or more: free delivery.
- Outside London, within mainland UK: £25 delivery for eligible items. Please allow approximately 48 hours.
- Candles: free UK postage, as detailed below.
Same-Day London Delivery
Order before 2pm London time, Monday to Friday, for same-day London delivery, subject to availability. For orders placed after 2pm, please contact us to check availability. Scheduled delivery is also available.
Glass & Ceramic Items
All glass and ceramic items are available for delivery within London only. These items cannot be shipped elsewhere in the UK or internationally.
2. UK Delivery — Candles
Candle orders are delivered to mainland UK addresses within 1–2 working days, with free postage. Free candle postage applies to UK deliveries only.
3. International Delivery
We ship eligible non-perishable items internationally. All glass and ceramic items are London-only and cannot be shipped internationally.
International delivery of fresh flower bouquets and arrangements can also be arranged through our network of partner florists. Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Delivery is available to over 200 countries at £15.00. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
4. Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Same-day London orders follow the cut-off above, scheduled deliveries follow the agreed date, and UK candle orders are delivered within 1–2 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered.
5. Customs & Duties — EU & International
For EU orders, any applicable VAT and duties are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
