We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — fresh flower arrangements may vary slightly due to seasonal availability. Faux arrangements will match the product listing closely.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. For EU customers, prices are shown in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.
If you are offered a discount, the previous reference price shown reflects the lowest price charged in the preceding 30 days, in accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive.
5. Orders & Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Fresh flower deliveries are time-sensitive — please ensure someone is available to receive them.
