We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time because London traffic and weather can affect our routes. You may request an AM or PM delivery window, which we will accommodate where possible.
For same-day London delivery, please order before 2pm (London time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm may still be possible; contact us to check availability.
London delivery is free on orders of £150 or more and £10 on orders under £150. Eligible mainland UK delivery is £25, while candle delivery to mainland UK is free and takes 1–2 working days. Free candle postage applies to UK deliveries only. Please see our delivery information for restrictions.

We may be able to source out-of-season flowers with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to market availability. If an exact variety is unavailable, our florists will recommend the best seasonal alternative.
Yes. Eligible fresh flowers and faux arrangements can be sent to mainland UK addresses for £25, normally taking about 48 hours via a third-party courier. This excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and offshore islands. All glass and ceramic items are London-only; we cannot send them elsewhere in the UK or internationally. We create bouquets, hatboxes, plants and orchids, faux arrangements and gifts. We also provide flowers for weddings, events, businesses, hotels and private homes, as well as weekly flower contracts, workshops and delivery.
Bouquet dimensions vary by design, season and flower choice. Approximate dimensions are shown on individual product pages where available. The price reflects the flowers, quantity and craftsmanship, not diameter alone. Please contact us if you would like help choosing a size.
All glass and ceramic items are London-only; we cannot send them elsewhere in the UK or internationally because of the risk of breakage. Eligible hand-tied bouquets can be sent to mainland UK addresses in protective packaging with a water source.
Remove the packaging and Aqua pack, but keep the tie in place. Remove any foliage below the waterline, trim the stems diagonally and place them in a clean vase with lukewarm water and flower food. Refresh the water every one to two days, re-trim the stems and keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, draughts, heating and air conditioning. Read our complete flower care guide.
Most cut flowers last between 7 and 14 days in a vase with proper care, though vase life varies by flower variety, season and room conditions. Carnations, chrysanthemums, lilies and orchids often last two weeks or more, roses usually 7 to 10 days, and more delicate flowers such as tulips, peonies, dahlias and ranunculus around 5 to 7 days. Yes, subject to seasonal availability. Contact our team with your preferred colours, style, occasion, size and budget, and our florists will advise you and create a bespoke design.
Flowers are natural and seasonal, so each arrangement may vary slightly. If a particular ingredient is unavailable, we will substitute a comparable flower of equal or greater value while preserving the design’s colour palette, style and quality.
Our florists select seasonal flowers and foliage from trusted growers and suppliers, including New Covent Garden Flower Market. Availability changes daily, helping us choose the freshest and best materials for each design.
