Our team of senior florists, designers and client advisors bring together decades of experience in luxury floral design. From grand London townhouses and private members’ clubs to intimate celebrations and corporate installations, we create flowers that feel generous, elegant and unmistakably English.

Inspired by the romance of the English country garden, our work is known for its abundance, movement and seasonal character. Each stem is selected with care. Each composition is shaped with intention. Nothing is formulaic; everything is considered.

Based in Kensington, our studio works across Central London and beyond, delivering bespoke bouquets, event flowers, weekly arrangements and large-scale installations. Whether designing a single hand-tied bouquet or transforming an entire space, our team approaches every commission with the same attention to detail and quiet excellence.

dedication to her craft and her passion for floral design.

Erik Karlsen – CEO

Erik Karlsen brings his expertise as an accomplished international interior designer to the role of CEO. With a track record of notable achievements, including founding Jane Churchill, later acquired by Colefax & Fowler, Erik now leads the commercial side of our business at Pulbrook & Gould

Ed Hynes – Director of Finance

Meet Ed, a graduate from the Business and Accountancy faculty at the Institute of Technology in Ireland. After honing his skills in corporate finance across London, South America, and Australia, Ed transitioned into the world of luxury retail. Now, as a director and shareholder of Pulbrook & Gould, he brings his wealth of experience to our team.
