At Pulbrook & Gould, every arrangement begins with people: experienced hands, trained eyes, and an instinctive understanding of natural beauty.

Our team of florists, designers and directors bring a wealth of experience to luxury floral design. From London homes to intimate celebrations and corporate installations, we create flowers that feel generous, elegant and unmistakably English.

Inspired by the romance of the English country garden, our work is known for its abundance, movement and seasonal character. Each stem is selected with care. Each composition is shaped with intention. Nothing is formulaic; everything is considered.

Based at our South Kensington shop on Gloucester Road, our team works across Central London and beyond, with regular deliveries into South East London and East London too, delivering bespoke bouquets, event flowers, weekly arrangements and large-scale installations. Whether designing a single hand-tied bouquet or transforming an entire space, our team approaches every commission with the same attention to detail and quiet excellence.

Emmanuel, Head Florist and General Manager at Pulbrook & Gould

Emmanuel - Head Florist & General Manager

He has a natural eye for colour and texture, close attention to detail, and a love of working with the best of each season's stems. From intimate celebrations to large-scale wedding flowers, he shapes every commission with care and a generous, garden-inspired touch. Emmanuel leads our South Kensington shop, designs the flowers for our events and weddings, trains our florists, including those new to the team, and works alongside them in the shop day to day.

Hatty – Florist

Hatty works in our South Kensington shop on Gloucester Road. She brings warmth, creativity and a keen sense of proportion to every arrangement, from simple seasonal bunches to flowers for celebrations. She enjoys helping customers choose flowers that feel personal to them.

Damon– Florist

Erik Karlsen – CEO

Erik Karlsen brings his expertise as an accomplished international interior designer to the role of CEO. With a track record of notable achievements, including founding Jane Churchill, later acquired by Colefax & Fowler, Erik now leads the commercial side of our business at Pulbrook & Gould.

Ed Hynes – Director of Finance

Meet Ed, a graduate from the Business and Accountancy faculty at the Institute of Technology in Ireland. After honing his skills in corporate finance across London, South America, and Australia, Ed transitioned into the world of luxury retail. Now, as a director and shareholder of Pulbrook & Gould, he brings his wealth of experience to our team.

As head of flower tasting and staff wellbeing, Cosmo the Pug is easily the key to the whole operation. His ability to ensure no office biscuit has a chance to go stale makes his strategic food strategy one of the best in the
